How do I find the right size for me?
We recommend referring to our detailed Size Guide located on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for comfort or sizing down for more compression.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location, usually ranging from 10-15 business days.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Can I wash my HEYSHAPE™ garments in the machine?
To maintain the elasticity and longevity of the fabric, we recommend hand washing in cold water or using a delicate cycle in a laundry bag. Always air dry and avoid high heat.
